The Classic Burger

1 1/2 Pound of Ground Beef
1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 1/2 Cup of Onion (Chopped)
2 Tablespoon of Butter
2 Teaspoon of Horseradish
2 Teaspoon of Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
6 Burger Buns

Start by mixing the ground beef, sea salt, fresh ground pepper and shape them into 10 patties. Cook the onion in the butter until it’s browned then add the horseradish, sea salt and mustard. Put the onion mix on top of the patties. Put it in the fridge then after a hour you can cook the patties on the grill. Cook for 10 minutes and serve it on a hamburger bun.
